Fragile products orders cannot be refunded post shipping
Any cancellation of order is to be done before shipping.
Scentials can accept any return & exchange only in the case if product is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product currently in your possession will be untouched & maintained in the same condition.

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, Please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images, invoices and videos of opening of the delivered product and their tags.
Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Scentials Team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
No Refund of Payment shall be made once goods are sold.
We can provide any other or same Scentials Product (of the same value) against the replacement of the same product only.
