Return Policy

• We do not offer refunds for any products once purchased.
• If you are not satisfied with your product or received the wrong item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Eligibility

You are eligible for a one-time product exchange in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• You would like to exchange for a different variant (e.g. fragrance, size, or color), subject to availability.

Please Note:

• Exchanges are only allowed for products of equal value.
• We do not offer exchanges for items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@scentialsworld.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The reason for the exchange
• Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Scentials World reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria.
