📦 Return Policy
- We do not offer refunds for any products once purchased.
- If you are not satisfied with your product or received the wrong item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
🔄 Exchange Eligibility
You are eligible for a one-time product exchange in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You would like to exchange for a different variant (e.g. fragrance, size, color), subject to availability.
Note:
- Exchanges are only allowed for products of equal value.
- We do not offer exchanges for items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging.

- Your order number
- The reason for the exchange
- Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
